These rules apply to RainFiles.com accounts, workspaces, links, content and other use of the service.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use the service for child sexual abuse or exploitation, nonconsensual intimate imagery, malicious payloads, phishing, fraud, unlawful threats, infringement or unauthorized account access. Do not evade restrictions or disrupt the service.
Reports and review
Use Report a problem to identify the specific file, link or conduct and explain your concern. Do not upload or redistribute harmful material as evidence. You can request review of a decision through Contact by choosing Appeal. Our team reviews reports and appeals individually.
Enforcement and review
Restrictions must relate to a policy breach, a security risk or an applicable legal requirement. Content restrictions, account sanctions, preservation and disclosure are separate decisions. A restriction may apply globally or within the scope required by a valid legal instrument. Reasons and review are available where permitted by law. An automated assessment alone does not establish whether content is lawful.
