We work with service providers to deliver RainFiles.com. This Policy explains what they help us do and how to ask about the providers that handle your information.
What providers help with
Our providers help with account sign-in, website hosting, file storage and delivery, email, payments, security checks and website analytics. They receive information needed for those services. Some, including payment providers, may also handle information to meet their own legal obligations.
Business agreements and changes
Where a provider processes personal data on behalf of a business customer under a data processing agreement, that agreement governs approval, relevant locations and safeguards, change notices and objections.
