RainFiles.com uses cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, protect forms and understand website visits.

On this page

Keeping you signed in

Your browser saves information that lets you stay signed in between visits. Sign out to end the session on that browser. Clearing site data removes the saved copy. Some saved sign-in information can remain until you sign out, it is replaced or you clear it.

Remembering your workspace

Your browser remembers the workspace you last selected until that preference is replaced or cleared. This saves you from choosing it each visit; it does not give access to a workspace you are not allowed to use.

Protecting forms

Security checks help distinguish requests from people from automated abuse. They process connection and device information needed for that check and may use browser storage. How long that information remains depends on the check and the settings in use.

Website analytics

Analytics helps us understand visits and identify visiting companies. It may save a visitor identifier in your browser to recognize repeat visits, along with an expiry date and, where used, your consent preference. These records remain until they expire or you clear them.

Your controls

You can use browser privacy settings to inspect, clear or restrict cookies and site data, and use tracking protection to limit analytics requests. Blocking sign-in storage may prevent you from staying signed in. Clearing browser data removes local copies but does not itself erase your account or information already held by service providers. Contact support@rainfiles.com to exercise applicable privacy rights.
