This Policy explains how business customers arrange processing of personal data on their instructions, separately from RainFiles.com account administration.
Scope and roles
RainFiles.com handles account administration, security, billing and support under the Privacy Policy. Processing personal data solely on a business customer’s instructions requires a separate data processing agreement identifying the parties and the relevant processing. This Policy explains how to arrange that agreement; the agreement sets the scope of processing for your business.
Arranging an agreement
Use Contact or support@rainfiles.com to arrange a data processing agreement before submitting personal data for processing on your behalf. The agreement must cover the subject matter, duration, purposes, data and people concerned, documented instructions, confidentiality, appropriate security, authorized subprocessors, transfer safeguards, assistance with rights and incidents, return or deletion, and audit information. Do not submit customer files for that processing until the agreement is in place.
Requests and instructions
Identify your business account and the processing concerned when submitting instructions or a privacy request. Instructions, authority and identity must be verified before sensitive actions. Individual rights requests can also be submitted without access to a business account.
