Protect a link with a password
Set a password when creating a transfer, or update the password from your transfers. People with the link still need the password to access the files. Send the password separately from the link.
Schedule when a link opens
Set an opening time to share the link before the files become available. Recipients cannot download until that time.
Choose when a link expires
Your plan determines the available expiry settings. When a link expires, it stops working for everyone. A link without a selected expiry still depends on an active plan and is not permanent storage.
If a link stops working
Check the opening time, expiry date and password with the sender. The sender should also check their plan status. Deleted files cannot be recovered; ask the sender for a new transfer if needed.
