Use the request form to raise a copyright concern with RainFiles.com.
What to include
Choose Copyright in the Contact form, identify the work and specific RainFiles link or file, explain your authority to report it and provide a reply address. Do not include unnecessary sensitive documents. Email support@rainfiles.com if you cannot use the form.
Review and challenges
You can follow the case using the case number and private access key, and add a response or challenge. Identify the relevant case, explain why the claim or decision should be reconsidered and provide supporting information you are entitled to share. Reports and challenges require individual review. This general contact route does not represent a registered DMCA agent or claim a legal safe harbor.
Information sharing
A formal legal procedure may require sharing parts of a notice or counter-notice with the affected person. Staff must explain applicable requirements and verify the request before using that procedure.
